3. Edits and Cancellations Before Submission

  • Edits or cancellations to the visa application are only possible if the application has not yet been submitted to the UAE Immigration team.

4. Processing Fees

  • All processing fees paid to SmartVisaService.com are non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.
  • Additional charges may apply for express processing or other value-added services, and these are also non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued if the visa is rejected by the authorities.
